Members are paid according to their 'actions' completed for the benefit of Jumps-in.

Payments are made via the ACTION FUND. This starts out as all members being allocated the same share of all profits. Then the amount to be paid is 'adjusted' by coefficients. The main MEMBERS COEFFICIENT is as follows, but there are many algorithms used at each stage to ensure members are paid totally fairly and according to their accomplishments.

An "algorithm" is a step-by-step set of instructions or rules for solving a specific problem or achieving a particular outcome.

 

ALTHOUGH NON-ENGLISH SPEAKERS ARE THE PRINCIPAL CONSUMERS, THE ENGLISH RENDERING HAS TO BE PERFECT.

 

WHAT IT DOES MEAN IS THAT ENGLISH SPEAKERS WITH ACCENTS ARE VERY ACCEPTABLE AND  EVEN SOUGHT AFTER.

 

(Up to 40% perhaps of Voice1 narrators are not native English speakers.)

 

Raw would-be narrators are offered a free path to success. Improvement is achieved by a simple process of sample recordings being 'critiqued' by our experts.
