JUMPS-IN
Members Profit-Sharing - Car Ride Service
Join as a Member, and you will receive a share of the profits Jumps-in makes. 100% shared out depending on how much of these activities you do . . . .
1 You use the service, book and take rides in our members' cars. You're paid on how many trips and miles covered.
2. You tell others about Jumps-in and get them to join. You're paid, each month, on how many join using your introduction.
3. Based on how long you've been a member, and how others rate you on the star ratings. Passengers rate drivers - and - drivers rate passengers.
During the 'Development Period' we are gathering together suitable numbers of enthusiastic members who will form the base from which to launch in specific locations
WHAT DO WE INTEND TO DO?
In a 'nutshell' we are "Transforming the hire-sharing landscape for greater equity."
We plan on offering a much better service, where;
>>> Passengers are part of the profit-sharing team, and are sure of getting clean cars, with safe, reliable, vetted and well-mannered drivers.
>>> Drivers are paid well, no tricks, no lies, and full support with 77% of the fare paid, PLUS, a share of the profits.
>>> Appointment of 'Ambassadors' who support and use the service and are paid to introduce new members for a share of the profits.
NOTICE!
During this development period, you can secure significant future benefits and gain entry to exclusive executive-level openings!
Those joining us now, will become known as 'Founders' and will receive more substantial profit sharing and many other perks, not available for those joining later, in the 'Pre-Launch' stage or after the 'Official Launch Day.'
Lower down, on this page, you can see the different membership options.
You should choose to join in line with what you feel will be your biggest activity;

The Different Memberships
To participate and receive monthly payments of the Jumps-in Action Fund, it is necessary to become a member. This is easy to do. [GO HERE]

There is a monthly subscription of a few pounds but whatever subscription you pay is always returned to you, together with your monthly Action Fund payments. You are paid and that amount is returned to you together with your share of the Action Fund.

Members have the flexibility to join at any membership level, and their payments are calculated on a pro-rata basis, adjusted based on their initial coefficients. Each membership level receives slightly higher compensation for specific actions.
For instance, Ambassadors receive higher payments for introducing new members since recruitment is their primary role. Drivers are well compensated for driving, and riders earn more for taking trips. While every member is compensated for all activities, there is an additional bonus or emphasis on their primary activity.

All members get paid for their 'activity in the current month' - There are 4 component parts to the Action Fund.

1. INTRODUCTIONS: You're paid by how many new members you introduce.
2. TRIPS AND MILES: You're paid by the number of trips you take and the miles covered.
3. AVERAGE STAR RATINGS: You're paid on the average of the stars given to you by drivers, if you're a passenger (rider), and by your riders if you're a driver.
4. JOIN DATE: You're paid for how long you've been a continuous member of Jumps-in.

All member payments are sourced from the Action Fund. The payment amount or share is based on a member's contribution to the four components of the Action Fund.
Additionally, payment calculations are influenced by the member's initial coefficient, which is determined by their membership level upon joining:
