There are several parts to the creation of a finished narration. Before anything else someone has to first create and then read the words, into a microphone and have them recorded. The next part is important too; the resonance, sound and cadence of the words have to be at their gripping best.
Without cost, we teach our narrators how to produce industry-acceptable finished pieces. This is done by you producing and we 'critiquing.'
Some may find they are naturals and will produce beautiful words, straight out of the stable, and others will improve with each creation.

About 5000 words can be recorded in part of a day, and normally you will be given 100,000 to 150,000 words do narrate for each 4 weeks, which comes down to 4000-6000 words a day, for 25 days a month. You can do more in a day, the schedule is for you to do. You can do this as it suits you of course. Starting salaries are at $21,700 for Grade C1 Narrators. Grade B narrators receive more, with Grade A receiving the most.

It may (and often does) take several revisions before a 'finished narration' can be achieved.
