First job for you is to decide what part you want to have for yourself.
The first 2 choices, are to really get involved and obtain a franchised position for yourself.
1. Executive Manager: You build up a team, of drivers, ambassadors and riders, all registered under your;
Region Code Number, and User Code Number.
Exec. Managers concentrate on the primary business of developing more drivers, more riders, and more people to introduce new members (ambassadors).
It doesn't matter where you are, or where your new members are; all are connected in the database and you will be paid no matter where operate in the UK.
2. Regional Manager: You build up a team, of drivers, ambassadors and riders, all registered under your;
Region Code Number, and User Code Number.
Reg. Managers concentrate on the extra services that will be offered as we develop. (Not in place yet)
Here it does matter where you are, or where your new members are; all are connected in your franchised region and can only operate inside your region. See more about the regions, here.

Welcome. I'm Madje Martin (Mrs.) and I'm an original fan of Jumps-in from back when the idea popped into our lives. I handle all the bits that no-one else wants to do, And I have my family to think about too. I am a kinda, friendly, contact person, who can sort out anything at all for you.

Let me give you my take on what Jumps-in, is all about and how you can get involved to your advantage. You can earn good money online by just using the service, book a ride somewhere, or you can make a spare or full time job out of being an Ambassador. That's what we call members who want to help us find new members. Every new member you introduce means another share of the profits Jumps-in makes.

You can be a driver too, if you have a suitable car.

Some of us have had bad experiences with the likes of Uber and others which is why we decided to start up our own 'peoples car ride service.' We have determined to do 3 things.
​
1. Develop a better, cleaner, smarter car ride service, with clever and trained and verified drivers. We need drivers who can behave in an intelligent and kind way. Our drivers are trained and we show them how to handle the different (sometimes awkward) situations that arrive. Most are wonderful of course.
2. All profits paid to members. Unlike Uber and others out there. Jumps-in returns all of its profits back to those who are doing the job, the drivers, the Ambassador doing the introducing, and even the riders, the passengers.
3. To be transparent. Every member is able to see all accounting and how it all goes down. No drivers feeling cut off and short-changed here.

We have an entry process in place. So that we know who's working with us, and we know they know how to do the best job possible. We call it the Steps. It's a bit like London cabbies who all have to do the 'knowledge' isn't it? But trust me, ours is not that hard, to be honest, it's all just good COMMON SENSE. See below!
