I want to reply to Don Jagger's post. Controlled Conditions for Rule Changes
Yes, members should have the ability to suggest changes, but only under very specific conditions. What if we required proposals to be submitted to a moderation team first? If the proposal meets certain standards, then it could be put to a community vote. Thoughts?
