If our little enterprise is to be run by members then all qualified members should have a say. And there should be a rule made on exactly when a new rule will be made or when an existing rule will be changed.
I mean something like, the new rules or changed rule has to be made available to all qualified members and a specific member has to propose it, and then at least say 3 other qualified members must support it. If that happens - and if no members object to the change - then it can go ahead.
This is my suggestion.
What do I mean about qualified member? New members must wait say 5 weeks before becoming qualified. And / or new members become qualified by submitting at least 3 predictions each week.
Will others please comment or agree with me?

Don Jagger here. Pros and Cons of Member-Initiated Rule Changes
Allowing members to change the rules makes sense for a community-driven platform. However, we can’t let it get chaotic. Perhaps changes should only be allowed every few months and need at least some percentage of management team approval? This ensures that changes are well thought out and backed by a majority of committed members.
I also think that any member who is qualified should be able to participate. And I suggest any member who has been active for 5 weeks and submitting say 3 predictions each week, should have full voting rights.
