This is called the FAST WAY PROGRAMME. It consists of unique methods of helping students to learn more rapidly than is usual. In field tests, taking on twenty adult students, all with an above average IQ (general population average IQ = 100. Group average IQ = 115) it established that all these 20 students, spoke fluently acceptable English inside of 90 days. The test group were French pilots in the French Air Force. This is using an estimated vocabulary of 3000 to 5000 words.
Sources suggest these 'words known' ranges:

800 – 1000 words (not necessarily word families or groups) this is enough to have a basic conversation;

2000 words to survive the day in an English setting;

8000 words to have an intelligent conversation with a European.

All teachers provided by ERF will possess a recognised TEFL or TESL certificate and be proficient with the Fast Way Programme. Not all our our clients decide to accept the inclusion of the Fast Way Programme, and this is fine. We then work to the parameters of their own training programme.

Acceptable TESL Qualifications
The Cambridge CELTA and Trinity CertTESOL are the two key qualifications recognised by the British Council and reputable English language schools worldwide. They can be taken as full-time or part-time courses.
Although these two leading TESL qualifications are considered to guarantee a minimum teaching ability;

Possession of either is not an assurance of the teacher's actual ability to teach in a foreign academic environment.

ERF Teaching Services for Schools
With most schools, colleges, universities and companies where ERF provides teachers, issues of teacher competence does not arrive.
The majority of our teachers are well educated and smart enough to do a good job. We do vet each new teachers abilities and in some cases we do not require any 'formal' certification. where the teachers has completed our own training.
This comes in two parts:

If teachers have obtained a degree from university, this is good. However we have found that those possessing such a degree do not always provide acceptable teaching services, and conversely those without any kind of degree are able to give the best teaching results.
To ease concerns English Real Fast provides a guarantee of satisfaction to its client schools and so on. Where a teacher is considered to be under performing, he or she will be replaced, and relocated to another location in the same country.
Teachers are our main priority and we support them fully. We do accept that where a teacher receives a bad report, this DOES NOT NECESSARILY mean the report is accurate.
