How the
Action Fund works

All payment funds pay according to the input and support of each individual member!

Payments are made according to each members actions during the preceding fortnight.

THE ACTION FUND CONSISTS OF 6 ACCOUNTS

Each account accesses data from the app and from new membership nominations. This data is added to the data contained in the account from the previous fortnight.

The 6 accounts are;
-
BA04-Introductions
-
BA05-Trips & Miles
-
BA06A-Stars
-
BA06B-Quiz & Questionnaire
-
BA07-Join Date
-
BA08-Action Fund Totals

Action Fund: The 'Stars Given' Part
Riders rate their drivers, out of 5 stars, and . . . .

Drivers rate their passengers, up to a maximum of 5 stars.

This is an important part of the Action Fund. It is thought by some, in the management team that a higher allocation of funds should be available for 'Stars Given,' what do you think? contact us here

The app records the number of stars given by each of the two members, at the end of the trip.

Then at the end of the fortnight period, the stars are all added up and averaged and the averages are entered into the Action Fund.

You will see average star numbers like 3.5 or 4.2 because, as you can realized, averages produced decriminalized results.

Example:

3+3+4+5+4+3+4+2+3+3+4 = 38 divided by 11 = 3.45
which is rounded up to 3.5

The average star rating is then multiplied by the member coefficient and that result dictates the number of shares (for the stars part) are applied to the member.

The star rating makes a huge different. Image that in the above example, instead of an average of 3.5 an average number of 4.5 is obtained.

This would mean an increase in payment of another 28.5%.

This would change a payment of $100 into a payment of $128.50.
