VOTING SYSTEM:

Our Approach To Ride-Share

The Jumps-in voting system is not one vote for one member. Voting on items raised for discussion and decision follows a specific set of rules and procedures. This makes decision making effective while still be open to all members.

Creating a voting system akin to that of the United Nations - for example - seems redundant, given its widely acknowledged ineffectiveness and lack of actionable power.

Now, let's introduce the Jumps-in system for voting on raised issues. This could be issues like, the percentage of available funds allocated to the Action Fund, or to the MINMIA Fund, or how much is paid to drivers who qualify in all of the service categories; Passenger, Children's, Senior & Disability, and Business Express. Or less dramatic subjects like the color of the logo, or which style of page is used for something.

All issues can be raised for discussion and decision.

Items for discussion and decision should initially be entered on the 'Insights' page. Members can list their suggestions on the Insights Forum page, where others can read and perhaps respond to what was said.

For that particular item to be forwarded for discussion, and voting on, it has to be supported by either an IC or Founder member.

IC and Founder members can be seen on the data pages (when completed) and some of the Members can be seen on the Members Details page.

Multi-Vote Voting.
There are four voting pools. The votes in each pool are totaled, and then all 4 pools are brought together for a decision vote.

MINMIA Shares Pool

The number of MINMIA shares of each voting member is calculated and represented as a percentage of the MINMIA Shares Pool, total votes.

Multi-Vote Voting. There are four voting pools. The votes in each pool are totaled, and then all 4 pools are brought together for a decision vote. In each case the vote is for the adoption of the proposal.

If there are various choices then the voting form will be for each choice of the proposal.

BASIC PRECEPTS:

Our Approach To Ride-Share

Jumps-in is unsettling and jolting the ride-share industry because of the way we take care of our passengers and our team members.

We take care of our team members in one extremely popular way. Our system calculates all of our profits and shares that out with all members.

We do that in a fair and just way. All members have an equal chance to advance themselves and to claim a large share of those profits.

Below and on this page you will see our basic precepts and the fundamental or foundational principles, guidelines, or information related to the platform's and website's main theme and subject matter. Set out in a random order as conceived by what has come to be known as the Inner Circle of Jumps-in.

The Inner Circle. (IC).
We want the members to be the ones to guide and control Jumps-in however as it's planned to have a large number of members, it would be counter-productive to ask for votes on every new issue or decision, so we collectively elected an Inner Circle of members, who will discuss and decide for all members.

If any member wants to bring up something for discussion and possible acceptance; a better way of doing something, or a new concept or whatever; then that member can bring the issue to one of the members of the Inner Circle. It will then be on the next agenda for discussion.

Items on the IC Agenda.
All items from all members are listed for discussion by the IC. After discussion the items will be publicized to all members in the fortnightly newsletter.

Members will vote on each issue and a decision will be reached. The system of voting will be precisely as described lower down. Items winning a majority of 65% will be adopted.

Offbeat Original Solutions.
We eliminate any driver who doesn't have the well-being of their passengers at heart, we do this by ensuring that they're well trained and well paid. All drivers are vetted and know how to take care and look after our valuable customers. Drivers join at Level 2 and read and follow the guidelines published for them on the website. After taking a short quiz and questionnaire and being deemed to be successful they are upgrade to Driver Level 1.

Drivers receive more payments when they qualify from Level 2 to Level 1.

Everyone is part of the same organization. Riders and ambassadors (promoters) as well as the drivers receive a fair share of the profits going forward. Riders and Ambassadors also have guidelines to study and succeed at understanding and implementing. They too will be upgraded to Level 1 and receive the better rewards for that level.

Members credentials.

Each member has both a level and a status.

Level; Accredited Manager, Advisor Manager, Ambassador (levels 1 and 2), Drivers (levels 1 and 2), and Riders (levels 1 and 2). It may be that another level is created in the future.

Status; Inner Circle is a status. Founder is a status. Standard is a status. These are the statuses that exist today (October 2022). It may be that another status will be created in the future.
