1. Stats and numbers can be changed by a members' vote.
Stats and numbers can be changed by a members' vote. All that's needed to make a change is for any member to make a PROPOSAL in the 'Insights' pages. Any proposal has to be supported by one of these; Inner Circle Member, Founder Member, or Core Member.
All proposals, put forward in this way will be discussed in 'Insights' for all members to see and have their say. When that has been accomplished the proposal will be voted on by all members.
Most proposals require a 66% majority vote to pass. If successful the proposal will be passed and details published on this website, and it will become effective normally in the new fortnight, after a full calendar month has elapsed.

2. Drivers (of all levels) receive 77% of the passengers' fares.
Refer to the diagram in 3. below. This diagram shows the total incomes from fares, and how this money is divided between members.
Drivers will receive 77% of the fares income. This does not include pre-booking fees.
Drivers also receive income from the ACTION FUND.

3. How income is shared out between members.
A full 100% of income is paid back to the membership. Members are paid according to the actions they perform in the current payment period.
These actions are; introduce new members, booking trips on Jumps-in members' vehicles, the mileage covered on those trips, the length of continuous membership, the average of the stars awarded to all drivers and riders.
The Action Fund consists of 73.85% of the Available Funds, see line 7 below, on the blue table.
Ambassadors will only develop an average for their star ratings by taking trips in the current pay period.
The most important activity to gain shares from the Action Fund, is to get friends and family to register, using your own User Code.
43% of the Action Fund is paid to members who have introduced new members, with 41% being paid to those members who book trips with members vehicles.

4. Action Fund Allocations
The Action Fund allocation of funds is paid out to members as shown in the diagram.


Members receive payments based on their performance in promoting Jumps-in during the previous fortnight, known as allocations AC1, AC2, etc.
For example, in AC1, if Member P and Member Q each secure 2 new member introductions, they will receive equal payments as long as their initial coefficients are the same.
Please note that members have varying coefficients, which affect their payments in each allocation.

INCREASING THE COEFFICIENTS
Members can increase their coefficient, in the following ways.

Increase coefficient by 0.3 where a member, when joining, provides the User Name and / or User Code of the member who introduced him / her to Jumps-in.

Increase coefficient by 0.5 where a number, joining at Level 2, completes the online training and the free upgrade to Level 1, within a calendar month of joining.

7. Profits Exclusively for Supporting Members
Very low minimums are required to qualify for Action Fund payments, each two weeks.
Members would likely be displeased if they discovered that someone had joined but remained inactive, yet still received fortnightly payments? Don't you agree?
This is why we have created an entry minimum for the following sections of the Actions Fund.

FREE UPGRADES TO LEVEL 1
It is easy to go from Level 2 to Level 1, and can be achieved in the first week or so of membership.
All that is required is to read and understand a clear and brief explanation about the membership level you have chosen and then complete a questionnaire that permits us to know that you have fully understood the requirements of each level.
There is no cost involved.

Game Plan
Incomes to Jumps-in comes from two sources; the App and Membership Registrations.
1. Incomes from membership subscriptions is small and is destined to be used (augmented by incomes from App payments 'Avail. Funds 4.') to assist with overheads and operational expenses.
2. Payments for booking and completing passenger transport rides comes from the App. Our drivers receive 77% of this income. The balance of 23% is termed 'Available Funds.'
3. The Available Funds is allocated as follows;

Getting your current status upgraded.
During Pre-Launch and also by negotiation members join with two main qualifiers; (payments increase with higher levels and statuses.)
The Member Level - the 'main activity or action' chosen; Rider, Driver, Ambassador, or Manager. Chosen by the member when joining.
The Member Status - this is like a measure of commitment or 'rank' and is obtained on joining, or by completed specific qualifications;
STANDARD STATUS The minimal status.

Ambassadors, Drivers, and Riders all start at LEVEL 2.

After studying and completing a basic guide online, each is upgraded, free of charge, to LEVEL 1.
​
Riders (Passenger Members) join at the BASIC LEVEL but can decide to upgrade to one of three other levels; Plus Rider, Pro Rider, and VIP Rider. These levels provide reduced fares for the riders. Drivers payments remain the same no matter which level of rider.
