How the
Action Fund works
All payment funds pay according to the input and support of each individual member!

Payments are made according to each members actions during the preceding fortnight.
​
THE ACTION FUND CONSISTS OF 6 ACCOUNTS
​
Each account accesses data from the app and from new membership nominations. This data is added to the data contained in the account from the previous fortnight.

Action Fund: The 'Quiz & Questionnaire' Part
The Quiz and Questionnaire part is the smaller part of the Action Fund
​
Evenso, it does pay members for their participation in quizzes on the site and questionnaires sent out to the membership.
​
Quizzes and questionnaires are an important way for management to understand what members are thinking, needing, and expecting.
​
The underlying rule of Jumps-in, is that payment is made in a fair and just way depending on the members support of the platform.
​
This is why this part was included.
​
Each fortnight, there is a QUIZ and a QUESTIONNAIRE available for members to take and answer.
​
You complete the quiz and the questionnaire and your results are automatically uploaded, There is nothing else for you to do, as the fact that you completed it and the results are held in the Jumps-in database and a payment to the member is generated.
Action Fund Payments for each part
I share is gained for completing the QUIZ and 1 share is gained for completing the QUESTIONNAIRE.
Both the quiz and the questionnaire must be completed or no shares in the Q&Q part are allocated.
