Ambassadors
Two Levels
Ambassador 1 and Ambassador 2
Ambassador (Levels 1 and 2)
All Ambassadors join at Level 2. There is a short but important guide on the website that explains and demonstrates to Ambassadors how they can upgrade to Level 1.

Level 1 pays significantly better coefficients and hence higher returns from the Action Fund.
​
The main way (but not the only way) Ambassadors earn an income is by introducing new members to Jumps-in.
New members need to put the Ambassadors User Code on the application when they join. This is the only acceptable proof that an Ambassador was instrumental in the new membership.
​
Ambassadors are paid a higher rate in the Introductions payment section of the Action Fund and normal payments in the Trips & Miles, Star Ratings, and Unbroken Membership sections.
​
Ambassadors can also co-supervise different promotional campaigns in conjunction with the AD or AC.
Ambassadors can also receive payments from the MINMIA Fund (Resources & Investments), and from the I.R. Fund (Introductions Fund).
​
Benefits include: Payments from the Action Fund, MINMIA Fund (Resources & Investments), and Introduction Residuals Fund.
Drivers
Three Levels
Driver Plus, Driver 1 and Driver 2
Driver (Levels Plus, 1 and 2)

All Drivers join at Level 2. Jumps-in provides guides so that drivers can develop unique skills that are highly appreciated by our passengers (Riders).
​
Drivers Level 2 can still operate fully in the network (General Passenger Service) but do receive slightly lower payments than Level 1 Drivers.
Level 1 payment is 77% of the fare, plus member payments from the other funds.
​
Advancing to Level 1
Clearly every new driver joining Jumps-in wants to upgrade to level 1 as soon as possible.
​
This upgrade can be completed in a matter of days and is started by completing the free guide that's included for members in the website (www.jumps-in.com).
​
There are a number of aspects to be aware of and to do with being a successful driver about which many ride-share drivers are not aware. These are presented in the free guide, found online. Assistance or explanations are also available from the District Advisor Manager.
​
Drivers can qualify to drive for Children's Transport, Senior & Disability Transport, and the Business Express service.
​
Driver Plus level is reached by consulting with the District Advisor Manager. This level is factored to the clients at slightly elevated fares of course and this is reflected in the payments to Drivers Plus.
​
NOTE: Drivers earnings are not affected by the Riders' Levels.
​

When you embark on your journey as a Jumps-in Rider, you begin at Rider Level 2.
You may have wondered whether being a passenger in a ride-sharing vehicle leaves much room for improvement. Well, the truth is, it does. Riders receive payments from the funds exactly the same as other members. Drivers also enter a star rating for all their riders and this affects fortnightly payments.
Experienced drivers can attest to the impact riders can have on the journey. They can regale you with tales of remarkable passengers who made the ride enjoyable and, conversely, those whose actions earned them the 'not-so-great' label.
The Free Guide: To help you be a valued and appreciated ride-sharing passenger, we've curated a concise online guide available on our website (www.jumps-in.com). This guide outlines what distinguishes a good ride-share passenger, ensuring your journey is not just from point A to B but a delightful experience for everyone involved.

Discounted Fares: From Rider Level 2, to Riders Level 1 (higher payments from Action Fund).

Riders have five options.
BASIC Level 2 - discount 0%
BASIC Level 1 - discount 0%
PLUS Level 1 - discount 3.5%
PRO Level 1 - discount 7.5%
VIP Level 1 - discount 11.0%

There is a fee payable for Rider Upgrades but this fee is waived where new members have been introduced.

Managers
Two Levels
Accredited Exec. Mgr
and Advisor Mgr
Executive Accredited Mgr

Also referred to as the AC. An Accredited Executive Manager has overall responsibility of the franchised area, and reports to the Management Team at Jumps-in.
Main duties: smooth running of the franchise, and assisting all of the District Advisor Managers to recruit new members, assisting if required in the upgrades of drivers, and planning promotions with the Management Team.

Benefits include: Payments from the Action Fund, Investments Fund, and Introduction Residuals Fund.
​
District Advisor Manager
​
Also referred to as the AD. The District Advisor Manager has responsibility for development of the designated 'district' and reports to the Accredited Manager.
The main activity of the AD is advising and assisting new members to become acquainted with the Jumps-in systems, and testing, vetting and approving upgrades of Driver 2, to Driver 1 for all services.
​
The AD's incomes is augmented by the development of all types of members, in the district.
​
Benefits include: Payments from the Action Fund, MINMIA Fund (Resources & Investments), and Introduction Residuals Fund.

STANDARD STATUS
​
When joining every new member is awarded Standard Status plus the Membership Level which they select.
​
The membership level choices are; Rider, Driver, Ambassador, District Manager (franchise), and Accredited Area Manager (franchise). Status and Level together fix your payment coefficient, which determines how your various 'action' payments are calculated.
​

CORE STATUS

To qualify to change from STANDARD to CORE status, TWO of the following must occur.
​
1. An investment into your MINMIA account of $300 (this gives you 3 investment shares).
2. You nominated (introduced) 3 new members, during a single fortnight pay period, one of these nominations should be at the Ambassador Level.
3. You completed 21 trips, during a single fortnight pay period, with each trip being 7 miles or more.
4. Your membership should exceed 3 completed fortnight pay periods.

FOUNDER STATUS

To qualify to change from ANY STATUS to FOUNDER status, THREE of the following must occur.
​
1. An investment into your MINMIA account of $700 (this gives you 7 investment shares).
2. You nominated (introduced) 3 new members, during a single fortnight pay period, two of these nominations should be at the Ambassador Level.
3. You completed 21 trips, during a single fortnight pay period, with each trip being 7 miles or more.
4. Your membership should exceed 6 completed fortnight pay periods.
5. You joined and registered as a DISTRICT ADVISOR MANAGER.
6. Your change to Founder Status must have the support of 2 Inner Circle status members.

INNER CIRCLE STATUS

To qualify to change from ANY STATUS to INNER CIRCLE status, THREE of the following must occur.
​
1. An investment into your MINMIA account of $2500 (this gives you 25 investment shares).
2. You nominated (introduced) 3 new members, during a single fortnight pay period, three of these nominations should be at the Ambassador Level.
3. You completed 21 trips, during a single fortnight pay period, with each trip being 7 miles or more.
4. Your membership should exceed 9 completed fortnight pay periods.
5. You joined and registered as an ACCREDITED AREA MANAGER.
6. Your change to Inner Circle Status must have the support of 2 Inner Circle status members, and ONE Inner Circle EXECUTIVE Status Member.

INNER CIRCLE EXECUTIVE STATUS

To qualify to change from INNER CIRCLE to INNER CIRCLE EXECUTIVE status, ALL of the following must occur.

1. A single investment into your MINMIA account of $25,000 (this gives you 250 investment shares). This investment may be sourced as monetarily-derived, or non-monetarily-derived. However, an existing balance of your current MINMIA account cannot be taken into consideration.
2. You must be of INNER CIRCLE STATUS for a period of 13 fortnight pay periods.
3. Your change to Inner Circle Executive Status must have the support of ALL of the existing Inner Circle EXECUTIVE status members.
