The amount for 'Trips & Miles' part of the Action Fund is calculated, and then divided out and shared with all member who qualify for this part of the fund

To make a trip, you have to book it via the app and complete the ride to qualify. The app records the trip, the driver, the rider, the miles distance, and more.

 

The members total number of trips is recorded together with the miles travelled and the members coefficients is applied.

The coefficient slightly skews the resulting amount paid in favor of the member's status and level.

Where members do not qualify for a specific part of the Action Fund, this does not effect their payments from the other parts of the fund.

Trips & Miles is a high paying part of the Action Fund.

​

Both the number of trips and the miles covered for each trip, are used to form the final total share the member will receive.

​

When a member makes no trips in the fortnight, or has not reached the minimums, no payment is received for the Trips & Miles part but all other parts are still paid.

Note that Rider 2 has to make only 2 trips in the fortnight, or one a week but Rider 1 has to make twice that, or 2 a week.

​

Rider 1 is paid at a higher rate than Rider 2, due to the coefficients applied.
