In addition to supplying global entrepreneurs looking to start their own local ornamental fish businesses, the cooperative also fulfills large-scale wholesale orders for established buyers in the USA, Japan, South Korea, China, and Thailand. Each fish farmer is responsible for breeding and raising specific fish to meet these wholesale demands while also catering to individual buyers.

2. Location

Western Thailand: Known for its wide and deep River Kwai, with river rafting, the famous Hin Dat Hot Springs, reasonable riverside hotels, natural beauty, waterfalls, lakes, and tranquil surroundings. The property is known locally as Woodlands Hindat and it is near Hin Dat Hot Springs on the Kanchanaburi to Thong Pha Phum Highway 323.

6. Participant Opportunities

Land Ownership:

Woodlands Hindat, (the property official name) aims to secure 11 co-owners of the property. Each participant will have complete control over their parcel of land within the statutes of Woodlands Hindat and the Tropical Tank enterprise.
 

Each participant can design their "business set-up" as they wish. It does not have to be as a tropical freshwater fish breeder, it can take on any project, or no project and can be simply a person dwelling in beautiful surroundings. Always with the understanding and acceptance that most, if not all, of the other land parcels will be running a tropical fish breeding facility.

A live-in dwelling may be constructed on the land parcel. This can be accomplished by using your own building contacts or with assistance from Co-operative Management. The land parcel can be sold on when development and is likely to be a profitable undertaking in its own right. Any income producing business on the land is obviously going to increase the land value.

7. Funding and Financial Development

There are three different ways (Option 1, Option 2, or Option 3) you can finance, the land parcel purchase as well as the business unit (setup and ready to use). Each of these options is available for the entire property with all eleven land parcels, and each option is also available for the purchase of just one or more of the 11 land parcels.
 

• Option 1: Participants can choose to pay the full price (entire property or land parcel), or with a 20% deposit and 24 monthly payment. No interest is charged.
  Both the deposit and the number of monthly payments may be modified within reason.

• Option 2: Participants can choose to pay the full price (entire property or land parcel), or with a 20% deposit and 24 very small monthly payments followed by a balloon payment for Month 25.

• Option 3: Participants can choose a "Lease to Own" NO INTEREST (Test (entire property or land parcel), using a Monthly Lease up to 3 years. There is an Option to Purchase Fee of 1 million baht, or 100,000 baht respectively entire property or land parcel. Click here to see an example of Option 3.

8. Payment, Participation & Business Model Considerations

Payment Structure:

• Initial Investment:

Each participant secures one or more parcels of land, with investments ranging from 2.2 million to 3.6 million baht per parcel.

Once the land is acquired, plans can move forward to establish a fish breeding facility tailored to your chosen species. We provide a breeding unit equipped with innovative and specialized technology, designed specifically to nurture and enhance the unique qualities of our remarkable fish.
We provide everything you need—top-quality equipment, comprehensive on-site training, and a proven business plan—to set you up for a thriving and profitable future.
 

Fish stock, ongoing orders, and continuous support are all included. As a breeder, your role is to focus on producing high-quality fish to meet the consistent demand generated by our established network.
