Find the best teacher,
to deliver a student's dream!

AND YOUR DREAM - READ HOW TO DO IT, THE RIGHT WAY

Let's do this the right way, like a business project!
First, define the target!

Instead of asking the student, what he or she wants in a teacher, what preferences are wanted, in a teacher . . . . let's not do that but instead . . . . why not establish the target the student wants to achieve then, then offer up the teachers who are qualified to deliver that dream the student desires!

Asking students about their preferences in a teacher can sometimes be ineffective for several reasons:

  • Limited Perspective: Students might not have a comprehensive understanding of what makes a good teacher or what teaching methods work best for them. Their preferences might be based on superficial traits rather than pedagogical effectiveness.

  • Bias: Students may have biases or stereotypes that influence their preferences, which could inadvertently lead to unfair judgments about teachers.

  • Unrealistic Expectations: Students might express preferences that are impractical, such as wanting a teacher who exclusively uses entertaining activities or never assigns extra at home projects.

  • Overlooking Effective Teachers: Focusing solely on student preferences might overlook highly qualified teachers who don't fit those preferences but are still effective educators.

  • Missed Opportunities for Growth: By only considering what students think they want in a teacher, there's a risk of missing out on opportunities for students to learn from diverse teaching styles and approaches that could benefit their learning and personal development.

Overall, while student input can be valuable, it's essential to balance it with other considerations, such as educational goals, teaching effectiveness, and the diverse needs of all students in the classroom.
