Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules
This website. www.jumps-in.com represents the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules for the jumps-in ride-sharing and profit-sharing joint venture. When you join jumps-in, and complete the official joining form seen on the About Us page of the website, you state that you agree with the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules, in their entirety. You further agree that the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules, may be modified from time to time and you agree to be bound fully, without any exception, with the modified version of the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules. When you join jumps-in, and complete the official joining form you further agree that in the case of any dispute, or difference of opinion, you accept fully and without exception that the management team of jumps-in will decide on the dispute or difference of opinion and that the management team of jumps-in has the final say and will rule on any issue regarding any disagreement. You accept that this ruling by the jumps-in management team is final and binding on you. When you join jumps-in, and complete the official joining form you further agree that in the case a dispute or disagreement where there is no relevant information offered on the jumps-in website, that in this case the jumps-in management team will render information which will then form part of the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules for the jumps-in ride-sharing and profit-sharing joint venture.

To become a member of jumps-in, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

If joining as a driver, possess a valid driver's license issued by the appropriate authority in the United Kingdom.

If joining as a driver, meet any additional requirements specified by jumps-in, such as vehicle eligibility, insurance coverage, and background checks.
2. Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute or disagreement between jumps-in and a member, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue and adhere to the information offered on this website and follow the guidance set by management AND in particular set out by the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules, seen above. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the United Kingdom. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in the United Kingdom under the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

Members are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying jumps-in's intellectual property without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of jumps-in's intellectual property may result in legal action.
6. Decisions of Management is Binding
By joining jumps-in you agree that the decisions made by the management team is binding on all members.
