It is possible to change, once in the joint venture, from position 2 to position 1, and, from position 4 to position 3.
It is equally possible to change from being an 'Instructor' to a 'Consultant.'

After an initial visit to site and assessment Jagger Consultants will appoint a dedicated person to your development process. You always have one person who is the responsible and always available for you.
Other personnel are probably allocated to your company's development as well. These could be;
