When you join jumps-in, and complete the official joining form seen on the About Us page of the website, you state that you agree with the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules, in their entirety. You further agree that the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules, may be modified from time to time and you agree to be bound fully, without any exception, with the modified version of the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules. When you join jumps-in, and complete the official joining form you further agree that in the case of any dispute, or difference of opinion, you accept fully and without exception that the management team of jumps-in will decide on the dispute or difference of opinion and that the management team of jumps-in has the final say and will rule on any issue regarding any disagreement. You accept that this ruling by the jumps-in management team is final and binding on you. When you join jumps-in, and complete the official joining form you further agree that in the case a dispute or disagreement where there is no relevant information offered on the jumps-in website, that in this case the jumps-in management team will render information which will then form part of the Terms, Conditions, and Operating Rules for the jumps-in ride-sharing and profit-sharing joint venture.
